We present this impressive estate located in the municipality of Albanyá, in the region of Alt Empordà, province of Girona. With a legal surface of 521ha, this property offers an exceptional mix of holm oak, oak and pine forests, together with 20 hectares of cultivated fields. It includes several historic farmhouses, some in perfect condition and others to rehabilitate, as well as a Romanesque hermitage and ancient ruins that offer unique potential for restoration and development.
The estate is divided into two parts. The first part covers 201.67ha and includes a 183m2 farmhouse in perfect condition, an adjoining building used as a warehouse, and a manso in ruins that is listed in the catalog of Catalan farmhouses. The second part consists of 319.33ha and includes a main farmhouse of 490m2 in perfect condition, a farmhouse-type building for hayloft and corrals, a second farmhouse of 125m2 in ruins, and a well-preserved Romanesque hermitage next to an old farmhouse also in ruins.
