A “difficult” sale finds the perfect buyer
In a coastal enclave in Baix Empordà, this apartment had it all—recently renovated, finished to a luxury standard, and in a spectacular location. But there was an aesthetic issue related to the building itself. Buyers were thrilled with the apartment until they noticed this problem. This stunning apartment in L’Eixample had all the charm of Barcelona’s modernist buildings. However, after an inheritance, it remained unsold for over two years. Its condition and the decision to sell without listing it on property portals made it difficult to attract buyers.
