  • A “difficult” sale finds the perfect buyer

    In a coastal enclave in Baix Empordà, this apartment had it all—recently renovated, finished to a luxury standard, and in a spectacular location. But there was an aesthetic issue related to the building itself. Buyers were thrilled with the apartment until they noticed this problem.   • Luxury flat sold with a home staging project

    This stunning apartment in L’Eixample had all the charm of Barcelona’s modernist buildings. However, after an inheritance, it remained unsold for over two years. Its condition and the decision to sell without listing it on property portals made it difficult to attract buyers.

    At Cottage Properties, we took on an exciting challenge with the sale of an exceptional property in Monells. This was a historic estate with a remarkable past—an old palatial residence restored as a rural home, preserving the stately character of its origins.

    One of the property’s most distinctive features was its architectural design, which included an indoor pool and a spacious first-floor terrace—offering a unique advantage over other estates in the area.
